Instructions
Pressure cook the sweet potato for 12 minutes, then let cool and mash.
Mix in cinnamon, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, and stir in 2 tbsp walnuts.
Divide the mashed sweet potato into 3 jars.
Top each with 1/3 cup Greek yogurt and remaining walnuts.
Notes
