  • 1 pound Ground turkey

  • 8 oz Green beans

  • 1.5 cups Jasmine rice

Sauces & Condiments

  • 0.25 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cook jasmine rice in boiling water for 10 minutes until fluffy.
  • Steam green beans in water for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  • Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • Add green beans, butter, sugar, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce; cook until coated and glossy.
  • Divide rice into bowls, top with turkey mixture, and add optional toppings.

Notes

Feel free to add sesame seeds or chopped scallions for extra flavor.
