all-purpose flour

low-sodium beef broth

sour cream (or greek yogurt)

dijon mustard
fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Brown frozen meatballs for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle flour into the skillet, whisk to form a roux.
Add beef broth, whisk until smooth, and simmer.
Stir in sour cream and mustard, return meatballs, and simmer.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
