Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2.5 tablespoons Hot Brewed Coffee
  • A pinch Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 11-12 balls and chill until firm.
  • Roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
  • Serve with coffee or tea.
