Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Mix in mashed bananas.
Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool the bread in the pan until slightly warm or room temperature before slicing and serving.
Notes
Let the bread cool completely before slicing for best results.
