Instructions
Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil for 1 minute until fragrant.
Remove sun-dried tomatoes, add sliced chicken seasoned with salt and paprika, cook 1 minute per side, then remove.
Cook pasta according to package; reserve some pasta water, then drain.
Add sun-dried tomatoes back to skillet with chicken, then stir in half-and-half and mozzarella; simmer until cheese melts.
Mix in cooked pasta, basil, red pepper flakes, and thin with reserved pasta water as needed. Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
Notes
Ensure to salt just enough to enhance flavors without overpowering.
