Ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk canned or carton
  • 0.5 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • to taste optional Ice cubes for extra thickness
  • for garnish optional Coconut flakes
  • for garnish optional Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine mango, coconut milk, ice cream, and honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until crushed and incorporated.
  • Pour into glasses, filling about three-quarters full.
  • Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
  • Garnish with coconut flakes and mint leaves; serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more ice or frozen mango chunks.
