Instructions
Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
Add diced onions and bell peppers, season with salt and spices, and cook until softened, about 5-6 minutes.
Stir in cauliflower rice, garlic, tomato paste, and sauce; simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened and veggies are tender.
Add cheese slices, cover, and cook until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Feel free to serve over cooked brown rice for extra heartiness.
