Instructions
Add oats, coconut milk, half the maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to a bowl. Whisk well.
In a separate dish, mash strawberries with remaining maple syrup.
Layer oat mixture and mashed strawberries in jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
