Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
Add oil or melted butter to form a crumbly dough.
Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan, then add the strawberry mixture on top.
Crumble remaining dough over strawberries and bake for 45 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.
Notes
For a sweeter bar, add more maple syrup or sugar to taste.
