Instructions
Preheat mini waffle maker and spray with cooking spray.
Mix oat flour, baking powder, milk, oil, and egg until smooth.
Gently fold in strawberries.
Pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle maker and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with optional toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla to the batter.
