Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened milk any variety
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 ripe banana medium size
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if needed for extra sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Extras

  • handful fresh spinach

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk into the blender as the base.
  • Add Greek yogurt, vanilla, banana, honey, chia seeds, and spinach.
  • Add frozen strawberries and mango.
  • Pulse a few times to break up frozen chunks, then blend on high until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen banana slices instead of fresh.
