Strawberry Greek Yogurt (stirred)

butter (divided)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk yogurt, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and milk in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; do not overmix.
Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet, pour 1/4 cup batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1 minute.
Repeat with remaining batter, top with strawberries and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or syrup.
