Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine both gently, leaving some lumps.
Heat a skillet with 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed. Top with sliced strawberries and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or syrup before serving.
