Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Baking Soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry Greek Yogurt stirred
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Milk

Toppings

  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (divided)

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine both gently, leaving some lumps.
  • Heat a skillet with 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed. Top with sliced strawberries and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or syrup before serving.
