Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 0.25 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • milk milk as needed to thin batter
  • cup fresh strawberries, microwaved, mashed, and drained

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle maker and spray well.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix in wet ingredients and strawberries until smooth.
  • Rest batter for 2 minutes.
  • Cook ⅔ cup of batter until golden.
