Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 piece banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop the strawberries and banana.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a colder, thicker smoothie.
