  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, and Greek yogurt.
  • Add milk until the mixture is just submerged.
  • Sprinkle in protein powder and optional honey or syrup.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can substitute almond milk for regular milk for a dairy-free option.
