1tspvanilla extract
0.5tspalmond extract
2tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
3tbspcollagen or vegan protein powderfor vegan
Instructions
Add all ingredients except maple syrup to a food processor and process until desired texture is reached. Add maple syrup to taste and set aside.
Prepare toppings and set aside.
Add frozen bananas, strawberries, vanilla, almond extract, lemon juice, and process until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed. Slowly add collagen or protein powder while processing.
Portion the nice cream into bowls and top with rawnola and fresh fruit.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and creaminess. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness.
