Ingredients
  

Raw ingredients

  • 1 cup big flake coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup raw cashews or almonds
  • 0.5 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp almond extract
  • 1-3 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1 banana thinly sliced banana
  • 4-6 strawberries hulled and thinly sliced strawberries
  • as needed grain free rawnola from above recipe
  • 1 Tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries or raspberries optional
  • 4 ripe bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp collagen or vegan protein powder for vegan

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except maple syrup to a food processor and process until desired texture is reached. Add maple syrup to taste and set aside.
  • Prepare toppings and set aside.
  • Add frozen bananas, strawberries, vanilla, almond extract, lemon juice, and process until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed. Slowly add collagen or protein powder while processing.
  • Portion the nice cream into bowls and top with rawnola and fresh fruit.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and creaminess. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness.
