Instructions
Toss sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch; marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
Stir-fry beef in oil until browned, then add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
Add noodles and sauce; toss to coat and heat through. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef longer or add chili flakes for heat.
