Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon use high-quality bourbon for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper; let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 minute.
  • Add bourbon, scrape skillet, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Slice steak, drizzle sauce, and garnish with parsley.
