Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup carrots, sliced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice as per package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear seasoned steak 4-5 mins per side; rest and slice.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and soy sauce, heat through.
  • Layer rice, sliced steak, broccoli, and carrots in bowls; drizzle with sauce and serve.
