frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained

onions, very finely chopped
processed in food processor

cups
stuffing with herbs
Pepperidge Farm

beaten eggs

butter, melted

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Drain spinach thoroughly, squeezing out excess water.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
Serve hot or at room temperature. Frozen balls can be reheated in the oven.
Notes
For best results, squeeze out as much water from the spinach as possible before mixing.
