Instructions
Prepare the mango salsa by dicing the mango, chopping the onion and cilantro, then mixing with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper for 15-30 minutes.
Cook the shrimp in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and charred.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with mango salsa and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
Notes
