Instructions
Heat the neutral oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to a gentle boil.
Add frozen dumplings; cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Drop in shrimp; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Add ramen noodles; cook for 2 minutes until tender.
Lower heat; stir in Buldak sauce packet and sesame oil. Mix until smooth. Serve topped with green onions and optional toppings.
Notes
Ensure not to boil the broth after adding the sauce to keep it smooth.
