Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 2 cups fresh ricotta cheese around 475g
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup runny honey
  • 1 teaspoon spicy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add olive oil, honey, spicy sauce, chili flakes, rosemary, and walnuts. Mix until well combined.
  • Let the dip sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve with crackers, crostini, or vegetables.

Notes

Adjust the level of heat to your liking by adding more or less spicy sauce and chili flakes.
