Ingredients
  

Meat and Sauces

  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 0.5 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 0.5 zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup steamed white rice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop vegetables; mince garlic; measure sauces.
  • Sauté garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds; add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3–4 minutes.
  • In another pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms, then vegetables; stir-fry until tender.
  • Serve beef and vegetables over steamed rice; spoon extra sauce if desired.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
