Instructions
Wash and chop vegetables; mince garlic; measure sauces.
Sauté garlic in sesame oil for 30 seconds; add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer 3–4 minutes.
In another pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, add mushrooms, then vegetables; stir-fry until tender.
Serve beef and vegetables over steamed rice; spoon extra sauce if desired.
Notes
Adjust chili flakes for desired spice level.
