Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Seasonings & Sauces

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp chili paste (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cooking Oils

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Garnish

  • Green onions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  • Add chicken to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Pour remaining marinade into skillet, simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Adjust chili paste to taste for spiciness.
