Instructions
Mix soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
Add chicken to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
Pour remaining marinade into skillet, simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust chili paste to taste for spiciness.
