Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 lbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust for heat preference
  • 1 piece lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • to taste chili flakes Chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry chicken breasts and coat with garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt, and olive oil.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden.
  • Add honey and soy sauce; simmer 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Finish with lemon juice and chili flakes before serving.

Notes

Adjust chili flakes for desired heat level.
