Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
Pour in heavy cream, stir until slightly thickened, then return chicken to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta, toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
