Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir until slightly thickened, then return chicken to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta, toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
