Chicken

  • 12 oz chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 0.33 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • If needed, cook and shred chicken, then mix with melted butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Chop lettuce, carrots, and celery. Warm tortillas briefly.
  • Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, add half the chicken mixture, then top with vegetables and cheese.
  • Fold the bottom over the filling, then roll tightly and cut in half.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps seam side down in a skillet before serving.
