Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb Beef tips or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Cooked rice white or brown
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot Julienned carrot
  • 2 green onions Sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Chili Cream

  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook beef until browned. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Steam or sauté broccoli and carrots until tender. Mix cooked vegetables with beef.
  • Prepare chili sesame cream by mixing sour cream, chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef and vegetables, top with green onions, sesame seeds, and a dollop of chili sesame cream. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice levels and toppings to taste for best results.
