Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb Beef tips or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Cooked rice white or brown
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot Julienned carrot
  • 2 green onions Sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Chili Cream

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  • Cook beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  • Steam or stir-fry broccoli and carrots until tender.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and sliced green onions; garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Mix sour cream with chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make chili sesame cream; serve on the side or drizzle over bowls.
