Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, then place in a bowl.
Mix ginger, garlic, honey, soy, pepper flakes, chili oil, and pepper; coat half over shrimp.
Cook shrimp in a hot skillet with coconut and sesame oils until caramelized and opaque, tossing with remaining glaze.
Simmer cauliflower and sweet potatoes in water with salt until tender, then drain.
Puree vegetables with coconut milk and broth until smooth, then season with salt.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
