  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced for tender texture.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved to release juices.
  • 4 cups Baby spinach Toss in at the end.
  • 1 tsp Salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Basic seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika Adds warm depth.
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano Herbal note.
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes Optional for heat.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in bell peppers, zucchini, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in baby spinach until wilted. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
