Instructions
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and optional protein powder in a bowl.
Add yogurt and oil; combine into a crumbly mixture, then knead into a soft dough. Add water if needed.
Divide dough into 6 balls, roll into thin rounds.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook flatbreads 1-2 minutes per side until golden and bubbly.
Optional: brush with butter/oil and sprinkle herbs. Stack to keep soft.
