Instructions
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Combine 2 cups of flour, yeast, honey, salt, warm milk, 6 tablespoons butter, and egg in a bowl. Mix on low until combined.
Add flour gradually until the dough is smooth, slightly sticky, and pulls away from the bowl.
Knead for 2 minutes, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
Divide dough into 24 rolls, place in the pan, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden, then brush with melted butter.
Notes
For softer rolls, let them rise a bit longer before baking.
