Instructions
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour mixture.
Brown steaks in butter, then set aside.
Sauté onions until soft, add garlic, then stir in beef broth and onion soup mix.
Mix water and cornstarch, add to sauce, simmer until thickened.
Return steaks to skillet, simmer 2-3 minutes, then serve with parsley.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
