Instructions
Spray the slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
Whisk beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Pour sauce over meatballs, stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
Mix cornstarch with cold water, stir into slow cooker, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or egg noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
