Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F (fan).
Brown beef in a hot pan, then add garlic, Guinness, and stock. Cover and cook in oven for 3 hours.
Add chopped peppers and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes, then serve topped with parmesan, parsley, and red onion with warm couscous.
Notes
Ensure to check the liquid levels during cooking to prevent drying out.
