  • 2-3 lb beef tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
 

  • Rub the beef with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Place beef in crockpot and pour broth around it.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  • Rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
