Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a loaf pan with butter, oil, or Pam spray.
Combine melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas and mix well.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool completely for clean slices.
