Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 2-4 Bananas (very ripe)
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a loaf pan with butter, oil, or Pam spray.
  • Combine melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas and mix well.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour until well combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely for clean slices.

Let the bread cool completely before slicing for clean, even pieces.
