Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, cook seasoned shrimp for 1 minute per side, then set aside.
Add more oil and garlic, cook for 20 seconds, then stir in cream, parmesan, and pumpkin.
Simmer until thickened, add herbs, season with salt and pepper.
Mix in cooked pasta and shrimp, then serve with extra cheese and pepper if desired.
