Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Slice baguette and toast for 5-10 minutes.
Wash, dry, and season shrimp with avocado oil, cajun spice, and salt. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
Spread guacamole on toasted baguette slices, top with pico de gallo, and add 1-2 shrimp on each.
Garnish with herbs and squeeze lime juice. Serve immediately.
