Instructions
Cook the shrimp in boiling water with a little salt until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and chill.
In a bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to make the cocktail sauce.
Peel and devein the cooked shrimp if desired, then arrange on a platter.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with cocktail sauce.
