Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts halved and thin cutlets
  • 2 tbsp oil for drizzling and cooking
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds for coating and dressing
  • salt to taste salt
  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots carrots julienned
  • 6 radishes radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 cup spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup coriander cilantro
  • 2 tbsp oil for dressing
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Halve chicken breasts horizontally and drizzle with oil.
  • Press chicken into sesame seeds, season with salt, then cook until golden and cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
  • Shred vegetables, combine with almonds and cilantro, toss with half the dressing.
  • Slice chicken and serve on salad with remaining dressing.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
