Instructions
Halve chicken breasts horizontally and drizzle with oil.
Press chicken into sesame seeds, season with salt, then cook until golden and cooked through, 2-3 minutes per side.
Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
Shred vegetables, combine with almonds and cilantro, toss with half the dressing.
Slice chicken and serve on salad with remaining dressing.

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
