Instructions
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss in the sauce until well coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra crispiness, coat the marinated chicken in flour before frying. Use fresh sesame seeds for the best flavor.
