Ingredients
  

Main

  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ½ cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix turkey, rice, broth, soup, vegetables, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a dish.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cheese if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.
  • Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add more cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
