Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix turkey, rice, broth, soup, vegetables, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a dish.
Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cheese if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add more cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
