Instructions
Brown the beef in olive oil until seared on all sides, then transfer to slow cooker.
Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan, then add to the slow cooker.
Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, wine, tomato paste, bay leaves, rosemary, and seasonings. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Mix corn starch with cold water and stir into stew; cook for an additional 30 minutes until thickened.
Stir in peas and optional Gravy Master before serving.
