  • 0.25 cup Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Peel outer leaves and cut cabbage in half lengthwise, then into strips.
  • Place cabbage, oil, vinegar, and salt in a wok; toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Remove lid and cook for 5 more minutes until tender.
  • Serve hot as a side dish.
