Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess grease.
Spread hash browns in the baking dish. Top with cooked sausage.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sausage and hash browns.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the casserole.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
